The standard and most widely used size, this strut channel is 15/8" × 15/8". Endlessly versatile, use it to support electrical and plumbing systems, install HVAC equipment, build racks, and more. Combine with brackets, fasteners, and other fittings to create your structure.
Slotted Hole—The most adaptable strut channel we offer. The slots make it easy to mount and reposition components without drilling.
80" Long—Use with beams spaced 6 ft. (72") apart. This length leaves 4" on each end to attach the channel to a beam.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Strong and durable with a zinc plating that protects from occasional exposure to moisture.
Powder-Coated Steel—With a durable finish in a range of colors, choose this strut channel when appearance matters.
Galvanized Steel—An economical alternative to stainless steel channel, this channel withstands wet and outdoor environments. However, it won't hold up to salt water or chemicals.
304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, this channel resists rust. However, it won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
316 Stainless Steel—Superior to 304 stainless steel, this channel won't degrade when exposed to harsh weather, salt water, and most chemicals.
Aluminum—At one-third the weight of steel, this is our easiest metal channel to handle and install, especially overhead. Aluminum is an alternative to stainless steel for rust resistance but isn’t as strong.
Primed Steel—Get a head start on painting with channel that has primer already applied.
Fiberglass—Reduce the risk of shock and short circuits with channel that won’t transmit electricity. When conductivity isn’t a concern, fiberglass is good for areas exposed to chemicals and salt water.

Water, dirt, and bacteria can’t hide on this flat channel. Unlike standard strut channel, there are no corners or grooves where contaminants can collect. It also holds up to frequent washdowns because it's made of 304 stainless steel. The design and material meet NSF/ANSI 169 for food and beverage environments. Channel installs flush against walls and ceilings to fit where clearance is tight.
Slotted Hole—The most adaptable strut channel we offer. The slots make it easy to mount and reposition components without drilling.
