Wide-Hub Idler Sprockets for ANSI Roller Chain
A wide hub provides these sprockets with stability under heavy loads. Designed to rotate freely on built-in bearings, idler sprockets maintain constant tension on your drive by pressing against your chain to take up slack and reduce wear and vibration. They are for use with roller chain tensioners. Bearings are self-lubricating.

ANSI Roller Chain and Links for Flat-Belt Pulleys
Also known as leaf chain and counterbalance chain, this chain is used with pulleys rather than sprockets for low-speed pulling and as counterweight chain for machine tools, elevator and oven doors, and forklift masts. Made of interlaced plates held together by rivet pins, it has a higher tensile strength than roller chain and is used with flat pulleys instead of sprockets.
When servicing worn leaf chain, replace the entire chain—do not splice chains together or mix old and new chain.
ISO 4347 chain meets an international standard for leaf chain.

Flush-Mount Screw-Clamp Bushings
Insert these bushings into the bore of your sprocket for flush or recessed mounting. They handle shock loads and have higher torque ratings than self-centering bushings. When you tighten the included clamping screws, the bushing's inner sleeve contracts onto the shaft and the outer sleeve expands to hold your sprocket, pulley, or gear. They can be mounted on shafts with or without keyways.
