T-Slotted Framing Rails
Use this versatile framing to configure machine guards, enclosures, carts, and workstations. These rails have continuous T-slots for attaching fittings. When choosing how many slots you want on your rail, consider how much flexibility you need for your setup and how finished you'd like your structure to appear. The more slots the rail has, the more design flexibility you will have. Keep in mind, open slots can collect dust and debris. Rails with closed sides give you a finished appearance but are more difficult to reconfigure or add components to later. All of these rails are made of aluminum.
Solid rails are stronger than hollow rails. Hollow rails are lighter and more economical than solid rails.
Grooved rails help you align rails when connecting them. They also camouflage dents and marks better than smooth rails but can collect dust and grime. Smooth rails give a finished look. With no indentations to collect dust, they’re easier to clean than grooved rails. However, dents and marks are easier to see.
Yellow rails draw attention and are often used to build machine guards.
Cut-to-length rails can be ordered in increments of 0.125” or 0.25 cm.

T-Slotted Framing Structural Brackets
Connect T-slotted rails and reinforce joints for structural stability. Fasteners are included.
Surface brackets create strong connection points because they secure to the surface of rails.
Straight brackets are simple brackets that can be used to make 90°, end-to-end, and parallel connections.
90° angle brackets make a corner or create another 90° connection along your rail.

T-Slotted Framing Caps, Covers, and Seals
Seal T-slots, rail ends, and gaps between rails to keep out dust, debris, and other contaminants.
Dust covers press into a T-slot to conceal wires and keep dust out. Plastic dust covers can be cut to size with scissors.
T-Slotted Framing Panels and Doors
Add panels to T-slotted framing to create machine guards and strip doors.
T-Slotted Framing Mounting Feet and Casters
Add mounting feet and casters to T-slotted framing structures to level equipment, anchor legs to the floor, or add mobility.
Leveling mounting feet swivel to compensate for uneven floors. To install, tap a hole in the end of the rail and screw in the stem. Antislip feet have a rubber cushion for an extra measure of stability. Vibration-damping feet are designed to minimize vibration and noise to prolong machine life and protect floors.

Choose-a-color pull handles allow you to identify equipment and components at a glance.
Edge pull handles mount to the edge of drawers, panels, and doors. When shut, only the finger grip is visible. The shape protects your fingers on double-leaf doors commonly found on machine guards.

Emergency Stop Enclosed Push-Button Switches for T-Slotted Framing
Clip these switches onto nearby structures made from T-slotted framing to quickly cut power with the push of a button. These switches meet EN 60947-5-1 and EN 60947-5-5, so they comply with European safety standards for reliably stopping machines.
You don’t need to take apart your existing structure or open the switch’s plastic housing to mount them. Fasten the included bracket to a rail with the included drop-in fasteners, then clip the switch onto the bracket.
Switches with two buttons have one button for an emergency stop and another button that can be wired to any equipment nearby.
