These tanks have drain ports on the bottom to remove condensation. All other ports can be used as inlets or outlets in any configuration.
Steel tanks are primed or powder coated for exterior corrosion resistance.
Note: Per ASME code, all tanks are water tested. Those made without a corrosion-resistant coating or material will have rust on the interior.
With Mounting Plate—Tanks with mounting plate have a platform where you can secure motors, pumps, and other components.
Epoxy Liner—Epoxy-lined steel tanks also resist interior corrosion that can result from moisture in your compressed air.
316 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel tanks are more corrosion resistant than steel tanks.
Cannot Be Sold To—Safety regulations restrict sales to the listed jurisdictions/areas.

    Syringe Loading Tanks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Tanks. Syringe Loading Tanks.
Fill syringes quickly without the mess—these tanks use compressed air to push viscous liquid into a syringe. They hold up to a gallon of material, so you can fill many syringes one after another. To fill a syringe, connect a compressed air source to the tank, twist a syringe onto the dispenser, and slowly turn the ball valve. If you’re using a manually powered syringe, check first to make sure the plunger is fully depressed. For air powered ones, check that the stopper is fully inserted.
Monitor the tank’s pressure with a built-in gauge. An included regulator works to hold the tank pressure around the recommended 100 psi. If the pressure gets too high, pull the tab on the release valve. To prolong the life of the material in your tank, you should release the pressure after filling your last syringe.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—These tanks cannot be sold to Canada due to safety regulations.

    Pressurized Liquid Dispensing Tanks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Tanks. Pressurized Liquid Dispensing Tanks.
Attach a compressed air source to pressurize liquids for dispensing and spraying. Tanks have a dip tube that draws liquid from the bottom of the tank. All tanks meet the ASME rating for pressure vessels.
304 Stainless Steel—304 stainless steel tanks have good corrosion resistance.
316 Stainless Steel—316 stainless steel tanks have excellent corrosion resistance.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—Tanks that cannot be sold to Canada are restricted due to safety regulations.

    Hydraulic Tanks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hydraulic Tanks. Style A.

    Style A

Store fluids for a hydraulic power unit or circulating-oil system. Choose a tank capacity about three times greater than your requirement to allow for heat dissipation. Tanks with only a drain connection require you to drill your own inlet/outlet connection and add pipe suction flanges (sold separately). Flanges seal pipes that pass through the top plate of your tank.

    Flood Coolant Dispensers with Reservoir

Image of Product. Front orientation. Coolant Dispensers. Flood Coolant Dispensers with Reservoir , Style A.

    Style A

These dispensers have a reservoir for recirculating coolant. They provide a constant flow of coolant, so they dissipate heat more efficiently than mist and droplet dispensers, making them suitable for cooling long machine cycles. Coolant strainers prevent debris from getting into the recirculated coolant.
Maximum flow rate and shut-off height are for water-soluble oil.
Shut-Off Height—Shut-off height is the maximum height to which the water-soluble oil can be pumped.

Also known as vacuum degassing chambers, these remove trapped air from mixtures such as paint and mold resins. The fittings on the hose contain a gasket that allows you to connect the hose to flared fittings.
304 Stainless Steel—304 stainless steel chambers have excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly used in laboratories.
Acrylic Plastic Lid—Acrylic lids are more durable than glass lids. They’re commonly used to eliminate air bubbles in hard setting materials, such as silicone and polyurethane.
Replacement Lids—Replacement lids do not include hardware or seal.

Connect these dispensers to your air system to pressurize the oil in the reservoir and atomize the spray. Dual regulators allow you to adjust the pressure of the oil and the atomized spray. Add a spray valve (sold separately) to direct the flow of oil. A removable filter prevents valve blockage. They have NPTF (Dryseal) threads, which are compatible with NPT threads.

Serve multiple lubrication points from a single location. These dispensers have a solenoid that automatically starts and stops flow so lubrication is dispensed only while equipment is running. When wired to a machine’s on/off switch, the solenoid remains closed until the machine is turned on. To adjust the flow to individual lubrication points, turn the dial on the corresponding valve. Dispensers can be used with any oil grade. Flow rate depends on temperature.

Pump the handle to pressurize the tank, then squeeze the trigger on the wand to spray. Made of lightweight plastic, the tank on these sprayers resists chemicals and impact. They’re often used for degreasers, insecticides, disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and herbicides.
Note: The material of the parts can affect a sprayer's compatibility with a chemical or solution. Make sure the tank, seal, wand, and nozzle are suitable for your application.
Warning: Face the nozzle away from you to safely release pressure from the relief valve. If there’s no relief valve, place the tank on its side with the top pointed away from you before you release.
Cone Dispensing—Sprayers with a cone nozzle are good for everyday cleaning.
Flat Dispensing—The flat nozzle is useful for creating powerful coverage over a wide area.
Mist Dispensing—To clean delicate equipment or cool machinery, use the mist nozzle.
Stream Dispensing—Remove stuck-on material with the stream nozzle.
Viton® Fluoroelastomer Seal—Viton® fluoroelastomer seals are chemical resistant, so you can spray oils, acids, and solvents without damaging the seal.
Polypropylene—Polypropylene wands resist most chemicals. They are lighter than stainless steel but are less durable.
Aluminum—Aluminum wands are durable but can corrode when exposed to strong chemicals.
Internal Pressure Regulator—Sprayers with an internal pressure regulator keep pressure at or below 55 psi.
Pressure-Relief Valve—Sprayers with a pressure-relief valve let you release the air inside safely without being sprayed.
Repair Kits—Add a repair kit to replace worn or damaged components, such as the check valve or O-rings.

Also known as Type II safety cans, these have two openings—one for filling, one for pouring. Safety cans are a safer choice than fuel cans for storing flammable liquids. They have a spring-loaded, self-closing lid; pressure-relief cap; flame arrester; and a vacuum-release valve for controlled pouring.
