    Multipurpose Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes

Image of Product. Front orientation. Steel. Multipurpose Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes.
Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine, form, and weld. It's widely fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as frames, supports, and conduit.
Stress-Relieved Heat Treatment—Tubes that are stress relieved minimize warping during machining.
DOM—DOM (drawn over mandrel) welded tubes are stronger than ERW (electric resistance welded) tubes.
Heat Treatable—Heat treatable tubes can be surface hardened.

Clear Machinable Cast Acrylic Round Tubes

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plastic. Clear Machinable Cast Acrylic Round Tubes.
Fabricate containers, tanks, and lenses for light fixtures with these scratch- and UV-resistant cast acrylic tubes. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. This material stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.

    Vibration-Damping Strut Channel Routing Clamps

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated, Inset. Strut Channel Framing and Fittings. Vibration-Damping Strut Channel Routing Clamps.
Absorb shock and muffle noise from rattling pipes. The cushion inside these clamps reduces vibration to extend the life of your pipe, tubing, and conduit. Slide clamps into your strut channel and tighten the nut to secure. Since you don’t have to drill into beams and walls, it's easy to reconfigure setups as needed.
Zinc-Plated Steel—The zinc plating protects these clamps from occasional exposure to moisture.
316 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet environments, these clamps resist rust.
Flammability Rating—UL 2043 certified to generate minimal smoke in the event of a fire. These are a good choice for spaces that could spread smoke through your HVAC system, such as air intakes and ducts.

Strut Channel Routing Clamps for Insulated Pipe

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated, Inset, MultipleImages. Strut Channel Framing and Fittings. Strut Channel Routing Clamps for Insulated Pipe.
Mount pipe to strut channel without crushing the insulation or exposing the pipe. A polyolefin plastic insert seals around the insulation to prevent sweating that can cause mold and corrosion. To install these clamps, slide into the strut channel, insert the insulated pipe, and tighten the screw to secure. Since you don’t have to drill into beams and walls, it's easy to reconfigure setups as needed.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Strong and durable with a zinc plating that protects from occasional exposure to moisture.
Flammability Rating—UL 2043 certified to generate minimal smoke in the event of a fire. These are a good choice for spaces that could spread smoke through your HVAC system, such as air intakes and ducts.

    Clamp Shown Installed

    Style 1

Run pipe, conduit, and tubing through your facility by attaching it to strut channel. Since you don’t have to drill into beams and walls, it's easy to reconfigure setups as needed. Just slide clamps into the end of channel and tighten the screw.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Strong and durable with a zinc plating that protects from occasional exposure to moisture.
Copper-Plated Steel—Shield copper pipe and tubing from galvanic corrosion that other metal routing clamps can cause. These also prevent scratches to pipe and resist rust in wet environments.
304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
