These structural sealants combine the mechanical strength of an adhesive with excellent sealing properties and high flexibility. They’re non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. For joints between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation, choose a sealant with a higher elongation or joint compression/expansion tolerance. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.

Urethanes are the most flexible adhesives, so they bond dissimilar materials and damp vibration.
Some of these adhesives come in two parts that need to be mixed. The container size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
Model Number 292—Do not require mixing.
Model Number UK U-05FL and Model Number UK U-09FL—Will not yellow.
Cartridge—To mix and dispense these adhesives, you'll need a mixer nozzle and dispensing gun.
Paste—Thicker than liquid adhesives but still spreadable—good for filling gaps and covering surfaces.
Thick Liquid—Flow into narrower gaps than gels and pastes, but thick enough to stay put on uneven surfaces.

Repair equipment and vehicle windows with these sealants that are rated to withstand impact within three hours of application. They’re non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces. These sealants are good for use between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation. They’re crash tested and meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 212 for windshield mounting.
Elongation indicates flexibility—the higher the value is, the more joint movement a sealant can sustain.
A primer is required. For best results use P591 for composites, glass, and fiberglass and P592 for aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

    High-Strength Self-Leveling Concrete Joint Sealants

Image of Product. Front orientation. Sealants. High-Strength Self-Leveling Concrete Joint Sealants.
Seal concrete joints in high-traffic locations—these sealants stand up to heavy wear and tear, such as steel wheel traffic. Thinner than non-sagging sealants, these flow easily into cracks and have a smooth finish.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. These sealants are best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.
Sikaflex—When Sika Sikaflex Polyurethane requires a primer, for best results use Primer 260 on metal and Primer 449 on plastic and rubber.
Silicone Rubber—Silicone rubber sealant is RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).

Structural Silicone Rubber Sealants with Material Certification

Image of Product. Front orientation. Sealants. Structural Silicone Rubber Sealants with Material Certification.
These sealants include a material certificate with traceable lot number, test report, and product shelf life. They are structural sealants that combine the mechanical strength of an adhesive with excellent sealing properties and high flexibility. They’re non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces. Made from silicone rubber, these sealants are RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing). They cannot be sold to California due to local regulatory limits on VOC (volatile organic compounds).
Elongation indicates flexibility—the higher the values are, the more sealants can stretch. These sealants are good for use between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation.

Seal concrete joints in high-traffic areas—these sealants stand up to heavy wear and tear, such as steel wheel traffic. They're non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces. Made from silicone rubber, sealants are RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).

These structural sealants combine the mechanical strength of an adhesive with excellent sealing properties and high flexibility. They’re non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces. Made from silicone rubber, these sealants are RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).
Elongation indicates flexibility—the higher the values are, the more sealants can stretch. These sealants are good for use between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation.
Cannot Be Sold To—Sealants cannot be sold to the listed areas due to local regulatory limits on VOC (volatile organic compounds).

Thinner than non-sagging sealants, these flow easily into cracks and have a smooth finish.
Elongation and joint expansion/compression tolerance indicate flexibility. For joints between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation, choose a sealant with a higher elongation or joint expansion/compression tolerance. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.

Impervious to the swelling effects of oils, fuels, and solvents, use this high-strength silicone rubber sealant to assemble and repair fuel systems and tanks. Silicone rubber forms a tough, rubbery, UV-resistant seal that remains flexible over time. It's non-sagging, so it won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces. Also known as RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).
Elongation and joint expansion/compression tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. This sealant is best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation.

The strongest submersible sealants we offer, these combine the mechanical strength of an adhesive with excellent sealing properties and high flexibility. They’re marine grade, so they stand up to water, corrosion from salt spray, mildew, and UV light. Sealants are non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces.
Elongation indicates flexibility—the higher the values are, the more sealants can stretch. These sealants are good for use between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.
