Wax Paper Sheets

Treated with wax, these paper sheets resist tearing and have a slippery surface that protects products and foods from scratches or sticking together during manufacturing, shipping, and storing. Use them to wrap your items or even as a nonstick work surface. All of these sheets are FDA compliant for direct contact with food. They are not, however, meant for use in ovens and microwaves, since they may smoke or catch fire.
Wax-coated paper sheets, also known as wet wax paper, resist moisture. Use them to protect products and foods from grease, water, and oil. They’re also good for safeguarding products with finishes that aren't quite dry. You can even rub these sheets on surfaces and tools to add a temporary slippery and moisture-resistant wax layer to them. These sheets leave a wax residue behind, which means they may transfer a wax flavor to foods.
