Heavy-Duty Internal Retaining Rings

Thicker and stronger than standard internal retaining rings, these withstand greater thrust loads. They are made from spring steel, so squeeze them with retaining ring pliers to install and remove them. Their black-phosphate finish won’t corrode in dry environments. All meet DIN 472, an international standard for retaining ring specifications.
Ring OD is measured with the ring uninstalled. Thrust load capacity, also known as PR, is based on using a shaft that is harder than the ring.
