    This grease meets NSF/ANSI Standard 51 and FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for direct contact with food and NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use with components that come into contact with drinking water.     Nonmelting Grease—Nonmelting grease can be used at temperatures above the maximum temperature briefly, but then will break down more quickly.
