Mounted Sleeve Bearings

A reliable classic—these babbitt bearings are strong and corrosion resistant.
Bearings with split housing have a removable section for easy maintenance.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

Angle Bumpers

These bumpers are at a 90° angle to protect corners on equipment, walls, and docks from damage caused by carts, vehicles, and other moving objects. All have a hard rating to withstand high levels of impact. They are nonmarring and can be used outdoors.
Unthreaded-hole bumpers mount with screws. Plastic bumpers are chemical resistant. UV-resistant bumpers won’t dry out and become brittle when exposed to UV rays.

Shims for Keyway Broaches

When broaching in multiple passes, shims are necessary to ensure full keyway depth. Slide them between the broach and bushing to set the depth of the keyway.
Note: Broaches have a style designation of A, B, B1, C, C1, D, D1, or E. For proper fit, broaches, bushings, and shims used together must have the same letter designation.
