Roller Conveyors
Easily move light- to medium-weight objects with flat or uneven bottoms.
Curved and straight conveyors with rollers larger than 3/4" in diameter have connecting hooks to attach conveyor sections together.
Galvanized steel conveyors are stronger than aluminum conveyors.
Aluminum conveyors are lighter than galvanized steel with better corrosion resistance.

Bench-Top Roller Conveyors
Designed to rest on a work surface, these conveyors have two sets of axle holes so you can position the conveying surface 1/8" above the frame or 3/4" below the frame (position below to use the frame as a guide rail).
Galvanized steel conveyors are stronger than aluminum and have some corrosion resistance.

Motorized Roller Conveyors
Also known as line-shaft conveyors, these are driven by a drive shaft and round belts. The drive shaft continues to run even when the accumulation of packages may cause some rollers to stop turning. Conveyors can be hardwired for material flow in either direction. Only straight conveyor sections contain a motor and can power up to 60 ft. of conveyor extensions on either side.
90° curved conveyor extensions have tapered rollers that keep packages centered.

For 90° curved conveyor extensions, use a stand at each end plus a stand in the center. Connected conveyor sections share a stand. Skate Wheel Conveyors
Skate wheel conveyors are for light duty loading and unloading of flat-bottom objects.
Steel is stronger than aluminum and provides some corrosion resistance. Aluminum is lighter than steel with better corrosion resistance. Plastic is nonmarring.
