Cartridges for Air-Purifying Respirators
Install these cartridges in your air-purifying respirator to trap harmful gasses and vapors. To prevent leaks, choose a cartridge that matches the manufacturer and series of your respirator. Replace them when breathing becomes difficult.
P100 cartridges resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 99.97% of solid particles.

Filter Connectors for Air-Purifying Respirators

Attach a compatible 3M or Moldex filter to respirator cartridges. Adding a filter to the respirator cartridge helps prevent solid particles from entering your respirator. For proper filtration, you must choose a connector that fits your respirator’s model number. They also help you comply with NIOSH standards.

Half-Face Respirators
Upgrade your protection from disposable respirators. These respirators have a rubber mask that creates a tight seal to protect against a variety of contaminants in the air. When you inhale, air is pulled through a cartridge or filter that removes contaminants. Replace cartridges and filters when breathing becomes difficult.
To achieve the listed filter rating, you’ll need a respirator that creates a tight seal with your face—any gaps may let in contaminants. Choose a respirator that matches the style you have been fitted for.
P100 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 99.97% of solid particles.
TPE rubber respirators are an economical choice that are good for occasional use. Silicone rubber respirators are a good choice for comfort during periods of extended wear. Respirators with a quick-release latch let you take off your mask with one hand. Flip the latch up to break the mask’s seal, so you can lower it. Push the latch down to tightly seal again. Respirators with a speech diaphragm project your voice clearly, so you don’t need to take off your mask to talk.
Replacement cartridges for P100 respirators come with a filter.

Respirator Valves

Replace the valves on your respirator to help regulate the pressure inside. These valves work with respirators that don’t connect to an air supply.
Inhale valves open when you breathe in, letting air flow in through your mask’s filter or cartridge.
Exhale valves release air as you breathe out, keeping the interior of your mask comfortable and dry.
Cartridges for Powered Air-Purifying Respirators

Replace the cartridge on your powered respirator to keep air free from gases and vapors. Switch them out when the blower indicates that air flow is low. You must match the manufacturer of your respirator.

Filters for Powered Air-Purifying Respirators

Remove at least 95% of particles from the air your blower sucks in, so your respirator has clean air. These filters should be replaced when the blower on your respirator indicates low air flow. Choose the filter that fits the series of your respirator model.
