Thread-Locking Rounded Head Screws

These Torx screws keep parts in place on machinery with vibration when fastening in corrosive environments. These screws have threadlocker bonded to the threads, saving you the time and mess of adding it yourself. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust, but they're not as strong as alloy steel. The button head looks similar to a pan head, but it's lower and more compact, taking up less space. With a deep six-lobe opening, the Torx drive prevents your driver from slipping and stripping the drive. Also known as star drives, they withstand more torque than slotted, Phillips, and hex drives.

Length is measured from under the head.

18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.

Epoxy-Adhesive Threadlocker—With twice the holding power of nylon-patch threadlockers, these give you the best vibration resistance of our thread-locking rounded head screws. As you tighten these screws, the epoxies mix and harden to hold the screw in place.
