A float-operated drain valve on these separators automatically opens when the bowl begins to fill. The first step in water removal, use one of these separators to remove the large amount of water as compressed air cools, preventing equipment damage and wear caused by moisture. Install in your air line after compressors and aftercoolers.
Separators with a sight glass allow you to see inside the bowl to monitor contents.
Separators with an external drain provide easy access for cleaning.

In addition to removing large amounts of water, these separators also remove particles and oil droplets. Place them after your compressor and aftercooler, or at the point of use in applications that don't require an aftercooler. They have an automatic drain to discharge the moisture.

When water is condensed out of a compressed air system, it contains oil from the compressor that makes disposal difficult. These separators use two-stage filtration to reduce oil content to below 20 parts per million. Check local codes for disposal requirements. The primary filter removes dirt, sludge, and most of the oil. The secondary filter removes the rest of the oil. Filters remove many synthetic lubricants that can be difficult to remove with other separators. They come with a sticker that indicates when they need to be serviced or replaced.
Separator rated to 60 scfm @ 100 psi is for one-time-use. It is compact and can be mounted to a wall or cabinet with the included brackets.
Separators rated to 120 and 360 scfm @ 100 psi have replaceable filter bags. They have a port for sampling water without disconnecting the outlet piping. Connect up to four compressed air components, such as aftercoolers, separators, and drain valves.
Replacement kits come with a primary and secondary filter bag as well as a new service indicator sticker.

Improve vacuum system efficiency and protect components from moisture—these separators remove over 90% of water from air. Typically used with vacuum pumps, they minimize vacuum pressure drop, even when the element is saturated with water. Separators have a viewing window so you can see inside to monitor water removal. Mount separator vertically for proper drainage (brackets sold separately), and install before air filters.

Stop oil mist and smoke from exiting your equipment and into your environment. These exhaust filters are commonly used with small oil-sealed vacuum pumps. Install them on the outlet.
Filters with nickel-plated steel housing have better corrosion resistance than filters with a steel housing.

To keep airborne oil and odor out of your work environment, connect these filters to your high-vacuum oil pump. They purify pump exhaust in two stages: a fiberglass layer captures oil and collects it into a drain, and an active carbon layer removes any odor-causing oil or chemical vapors. Attach the quick-clamp fitting on the filter inlet to your high-vacuum pump. Use a ring and clamp (sold separately) to complete the connection.

Clamp these exhaust filters onto oil-sealed, high-vacuum pumps to remove oil, smoke, and other contaminants and keep workplace air clean. Once captured, the oil returns to the pump to be reused. Instead of a threaded connection, these filters have a quick-clamp high-vacuum fitting, which is commonly found on high-vacuum pumps. Quick-clamp high-vacuum fittings are also known as KF, QF, and NW fittings; they require a ring and clamp (sold separately) to complete the connection.

These separators remove 99% of moisture and particles, leaving you with nothing but clean dry air, inert gas, or steam. They have no baskets or cartridges to clean or replace. Particles fall to the bottom of the separator and are discharged through the drain trap with minimal pressure loss.
Separators with 150 psi are smaller and more efficient; a baffle separates contaminants from your media. Separators with 250 psi use centrifugal flow to remove contaminants from your media.
