Circular-Airflow Air Knives

Use a 360° airstream to blow off, dry, clean, and cool tube, cable, extruded shapes, and hose. These knives are also known as air wipes. They conform to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242 requirements for maximum air outlet pressure and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 requirements for noise.

Volume (Sound)—Volume (sound) is measured 3 ft. from the air knife.

Air Knife Shim Sets—Air knife shim sets (sold separately) install in the airflow slot to adjust the flow and force of air.

Air Knife Positioning Arms

Secure an air knife to the bracket and position where needed. Two swiveling joints allow 360° movement. Use one arm for 3" to 18" wide air knives; two arms for 24" to 42" wide air knives, and three arms for 48" wide air knives.

Parts Cleaning Vacuum/Blowers
