Low-Pressure Aluminum Threaded Pipe Fittings

In addition to being lightweight, these aluminum fittings offer good corrosion resistance. Use them in low-pressure flow applications. To prevent cracking, do not tighten more than a 1/4-turn past hand tight.

Union connectors separate into three pieces so you can access your line without unthreading pipe connections.

Threaded female × butt weld straight adapters are also known as half couplings.

Locknuts thread onto the male end of a fitting to provide extra holding power so the fitting won’t loosen from vibration.

Female × male 90° elbow adapters are also known as street elbows.

180° bend connectors are also known as U-bends.

Inline tees are also known as branch tees. Right-angle tees are also known as run tees.

Standard-Wall Aluminum Threaded Pipe Nipples and Pipe

Made of aluminum, this pipe is lightweight with good corrosion resistance. Also known as Schedule 40 pipe, it is for use in low-pressure applications. It is seamless, which provides a smooth interior for unrestricted flow.

Fully threaded pipe is also known as a close nipple; it is threaded on each end to the center.

Low-Pressure Aluminum Threaded Pipe Flanges

Also known as Pressure Class 125 flanges, these are for use in low-pressure applications. Bolt two same-size flanges together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line. Flanges are aluminum, which is lightweight with good corrosion resistance.

Reducing flanges allow you to transition your system to a smaller pipe size; attach to a flange with a larger pipe size but with the same flange dimensions.
