Hex Head Removable-Bolt Anchors for Block and Brick
A hex head allows for a secure grip with a wrench. Also known as sleeve anchors, these have a sleeve that expands for a secure hold in block and brick. They're often used to hold steel and wood panels, doors, framing, and shelving. To install, tap the anchor into a hole and tighten the bolt to expand the sleeve. As you tighten, the nylon ring compresses to secure the fixture against the base material. Made from 18-8 stainless steel, they're chemical resistant and may be mildly magnetic. Pull-out strength and shear strength values are 25% of the ultimate values.

Removable-Bolt Anchors for Concrete
Turn the bolt to expand the nut for a secure hold in concrete. These anchors are often used to anchor machinery. Bolts can be removed and reused in the same hole or used in a new hole along with a replacement expander nut (sold separately). To install, thread the nut onto the tapered bolt and insert into a hole. Made from zinc-plated steel, they resist corrosion in wet environments. Pull-out strength and shear strength values are 25% of the ultimate values.

Stainless Steel Hex Head Tapping Screws for Concrete, Block, and Brick
These 410 stainless steel screws are more corrosion resistant than ultra-corrosion-resistant coated steel screws. They're also known as Tapcons. All have a hex head for a secure grip with a wrench. Drive into a hole with a hammer drill or socket wrench, or use a specialized tool set (sold separately). Pull-out strength and shear strength values are 25% of the ultimate values.

Tapping Screw Assortments for Concrete, Block, and Brick
Also known as Tapcons, these screws are often used to anchor parts to concrete, block, and brick. Screws have a hex head that allows for a secure grip with a wrench. Drive them into a hole with a hammer drill or socket wrench, or use a specialized installation tool (sold separately).
