Drum Funnels
Drain oil filters, cans, beakers, bottles, and more without spills or tedious pouring.
Funnel with flame arrester has an arrester that prevents flashback caused by sparks.
Safety Drum Funnels

Minimize spilling while filling closed-head drums with flammable liquids. These funnels have a hinged lid that automatically shuts in case of fire, and a flame arrester to protect against outside ignition.
Funnel with a ball valve reduces vapors and prevents spills if the drum tips over. Insert the pressure-relief vent into a 3/4” drum opening to provide pressure and vacuum relief.

Metal Funnels with Filter

Strain samples as you transfer them into containers. Made of metal, these funnels are more durable and withstand higher temperatures than plastic funnels. Their filter is removable, making it easy to clean or replace. Take it out to funnel samples you don’t need to strain.
Galvanized steel funnels are coated to stand up to corrosion. Brass filters resist corrosion but may tarnish over time.

Tank Funnels

Pour freely into tanks—the wide mouth on these funnels keeps large amounts of liquid from spilling. These funnels have a spout that slots into any style of bung hole on tanks and drums. Ridges on the inside of these funnels allow liquids to drain quickly and reduce splashing during pouring.
Lids keep out dust and contaminants and help contain odors. Use them to securely cover funnels when not in use.
Strainers create a flat surface on the top of a funnel so you can set containers upside down to drain. They also filter out large debris.
Liquid level indicators help monitor the tank’s fill level to keep from overfilling.
Mounting hardware lets you permanently and securely attach the funnel to your tank.

Drum Cones

Slow the flow of dry material dispensed from your drum with these cones. They’re sharply angled to narrow the opening of your drum, which allows less material out and helps contain dust. The neoprene gasket at the top of the cone forms a tight seal with your drum. Use the flange at the bottom of the cone to mount a valve. Choose a cone that matches the OD of your drum.
Steel cones are good for general purpose dispensing. The interior is treated with a rust inhibitor to reduce corrosion. 304 stainless steel cones are inherently corrosion resistant, so they hold up better than steel in damp or corrosive environments.
Use a collar to hold the cone in place on your drum—it fits around the top of the cone and tightens in place with a knob. Collars should match the OD of your drum and cone.
Attach a valve to your cone to start and stop the flow of material. Slide gate valves have a flat panel, which you can slide closed to contain powder or other fine material. Turn the handle on iris valves to adjust the opening size. This valve type works well with fine and coarse materials.
