Insect Screening

Keep bugs out of your space without blocking airflow or light. When choosing a screen, there are two factors that affect airflow and visibility: mesh size and wire diameter. The higher the mesh size, the smaller the holes. The thicker the wire diameter, the sturdier and tougher the screen. 16 × 18 mesh size with a 0.011" wire diameter is the most common combination—it balances good visibility and airflow with durability.
These screens are made with materials that won’t corrode when exposed to weather. 316 stainless steel and bronze screens have superior corrosion resistance.
Metal screens are stronger and more durable than fiberglass screens. They also hold up better against extreme temperatures. The wires won’t stretch, sag, or tear over time and have good visibility. Though, they’re less forgiving during installation compared to fiberglass screens, so they can get dented.
Adhesive-Back Frame-Mount Weatherstripping

No need to drill mounting holes, this weatherstripping has a peel-and-stick adhesive backing. Mount it to the sides and top of a door or window frame to seal gaps. The adhesive is made of acrylic for a waterproof and weatherproof bond.
V-strip seals are made of stiff, folded material. One arm mounts to your door frame while the other presses firmly against the door to block airflow. They’re also known as tension seals. Bronze seals are durable and corrosion resistant, and often used on historical buildings to match the existing design.

Bronze Unthreaded Pipe Fittings

Snap a brazing ring (sold separately) into these fittings and braze them to unthreaded pipe for a strong, leak-resistant connection. Fittings are also known as Silbraze fittings. They are bronze, which is compatible with brass and has good corrosion resistance.

- For Use With: Air, Oil, Steam, Water, Natural Gas
- Specifications Met: MIL-F-1183
- Pipe Nipples and Pipe: Use Schedule 40 brass
Low-Pressure Brass and Bronze Threaded Pipe Fittings
Use these fittings in low-pressure flow applications. They have good corrosion resistance.

Self-Draining Breather Vents

Minimize moisture buildup in enclosures. Also known as drain plugs, these breather vents have a small outlet that allows condensation to drain. They have a silicone O-ring above the threads for a tight seal. Install them at the lowest point of the enclosure. Breather vents meet IP66 for protection in washdown environments. Use them to prevent excess vacuum and pressure in cylinders, gear boxes, and tanks and to block debris from entering equipment.
Brass breather vents have good corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel breather vents have excellent corrosion resistance.
