Shipped fully charged, these batteries hold their charge even after months on a shelf. They are nickel metal hydride (NiMH), so recharging them without completely draining will not affect battery life. They work well in high-drain devices such as digital cameras.

Chargers cannot be sold to Canada due to import regulations.
