Ball Joint Rod End Reducers
Decrease the ID of your rod end to allow approximately 60° of misalignment. Reducers attach to your rod end to move your fastener away from the rod-end body.

Ball Joint Rod End Inserts

Without changing the ID, these inserts handle some misalignment on rod ends. They attach to your rod end to move your fastener away from the rod-end body.
Washer-style inserts also protect rod ends. They’re commonly known as retaining safety washers.
Cone-style inserts help position rod ends between receiving forks, straps, and clevises.

Lightweight Swivel Joints
These nylon swivel joints are 80% lighter than steel swivel joints with better corrosion resistance. Also known as spherical bearings, they support angular misalignment. Press them into a hole or housing where a ball joint rod end won’t fit.

Thrust-Rated Swivel Joints
A unique design allows these joints to support heavy one-direction thrust loads as well as combined radial/thrust loads. Also known as spherical bearings, you can press them into tight spots where a rod end shank won’t fit or mount them in a drilled hole or a rod end blank. Lubrication is required.

Wheel Bearings
Replace worn or damaged wheel bearings to keep your equipment rolling. Use flanged bearings and ball bearings in pairs. Change the axle diameter with wheel reducer bushings (sold separately).
Note: Not for use in towing applications.

Washdown Clamping Shaft Collars
Suitable for use in washdown applications, these plastic collars also offer good chemical resistance. They clamp evenly around the shaft to create a strong, mar-free hold. To use, slide onto your shaft and tighten the clamping screw to secure.
Acetal collars have a naturally slippery surface and resist swelling when exposed to moisture.

Self-Centering Screw-Clamp Bushings
A mounting flange prevents movement during tightening, so it's easy to center these bushings in your sprocket. They are also good for shock loads. When you tighten the included screws, the bushing's inner sleeve contracts onto the shaft and the outer sleeve expands to hold your sprocket, pulley, or gear. They can be mounted on shafts with or without keyways.
