    Three Grit

Two Grit—A different grit on each side enables two-step sharpening with one stone. First sharpen your blade with a lower grit, then sharpen again with a finer (higher) grit until the desired edge is achieved.
Three Grit—Three separate grit surfaces enables multistep sharpening with one stone. First sharpen your blade with a lower grit, then sharpen again with progressively finer (higher) grits until the desired edge is achieved.
Aluminum Oxide—Aluminum oxide cuts more slowly than silicon carbide for finer control. Also known as India stones.
Silicon Carbide—Silicon carbide cuts quickly with light pressure. Also known as Crystolon stones.
Novaculite—Novaculite has extremely fine grains that cut very slowly for the most control over sharpening. Also known as Arkansas stones.
Leather—Use these leather-coated wooden stones to refine blade edges after you’ve sharpened with coarser abrasives. Also known as strops.
Ceramic Alumina Abrasive—Ceramic alumina is extremely hard and wear resistant.
Leather Pouch and Plastic Pouch—Store your stone in a pouch and slip it into your pocket when you're on the go.
Antislip Feet—Keep the stone in place to maintain a steady angle while you sharpen.

    Diamond Sharpening Stones

Diamond is extremely hard and long lasting. No lubricants needed—use these stones dry or with water. Rinse with water to clean.
    Full Dimple Coverage
Shallow dimples collect debris to prevent clogging the sharpening surface. These stones are a good choice for blade edges with defects that require heavy material removal. They also reduce friction and heat to protect delicate blades while you sharpen.

Rotate the stone to use three different grit surfaces. The reservoir in the base keeps them clean and oiled. First sharpen your blade with a lower grit, then sharpen again with progressively finer (higher) grits until the desired edge is achieved.

    Diamond Sharpening Compounds

Convert leather and wood surfaces into sharpening stations to give your tool a fine finish. These compounds contain diamond abrasive grains, which are hard, fast cutting, and long lasting. They're used on leather strops and other flat surfaces to sharpen straight blades. To sharpen curved blades, you can also use these compounds on curved surfaces.

Stones of different shapes, grits, and materials add a razor-sharp edge to virtually any blade. The holder fits two stones at once, so it’s easy to pivot your blade across both of the stones. To protect unused stones, store them inside the holder. When you’re not sharpening, store the entire holder inside the handle.
The diamond stones are the hardest and longest-lasting we offer. They quickly sharpen blades of any material. Use ceramic after a coarser stone or to touch up blades that are already sharp. The leather-coated stones (strops) create a polished edge after you sharpen with other materials. Start with the suede leather to remove microscopic burs, then sharpen with the smooth leather to refine the edge.

    Angles

Strike your sharpening stone with your blade at the correct angle for a razor-sharp edge—every time. These guides include multiple angle options. Use a lower angle for a sharper blade and a higher angle for a more durable blade.
2 Sharpening Angles—A wooden base holds the included sharpening stones at two different angles. Draw your blade down either stone to sharpen.
4 Sharpening Angles—A magnetic base secures these guides directly to your sharpening stone. The four-sided base offers four different sharpening angles. Press your blade against the guide as you strike the stone to maintain the angle.
