    Use individual keyway broaches in a variety of arbor hole sizes. Bushings rest inside the arbor hole of your workpiece and act as guides to ensure rigid and accurate keyway cutting.
    Bushings for smaller arbor holes are collared for easier handling. The collar rests on top of the workpiece rather than being supported from below.
    For Broach Style—Broaches have a style designation of A, B, B1, C, D, E, or F. For proper fit, broaches, bushings, and shims used together must have the same letter designation.

    Broach Holders

    Use these holders to secure your rotary broach in a lathe, milling machine, or CNC machine. They position your broach at a 1° angle to create a shearing effect on the part as the broach goes in, transforming round holes into complex shapes.

    Adjustable holders work with a wider range of cutting machines, broaches, and hole sizes than fixed holders. However, they’re less accurate and require more setup time to remain centered as the broach cuts into the hole.
