Corrosion-Resistant Chain—Not for Lifting

This chain withstands conditions that can deteriorate steel chain.
Aluminum and brass chain have excellent corrosion resistance.
304 and 316 stainless steel chain are the most corrosion resistant. 316 stainless steel is more corrosion resistant than 304 stainless steel, so you can use it in food processing areas and environments where chemicals are used.

Light Duty Hammer-Close Connecting Links—Not for Lifting

Also known as lap links or repair links. These links are an economical option to join chain links and attach fittings. Use a ball peen hammer to hammer them closed. They must be completely closed to perform at capacity. Never reuse links after they've been closed.
Zinc-plated steel connectors are mildly corrosion resistant.

Medium Duty Hammer-Close Connecting Links—Not for Lifting

Drive the end through the eye using a ball peen hammer and then weld or flatten the extended end to close. Also known as cold shuts, these links are an economical option to join chain links and attach fittings. They must be completely closed to perform at capacity. Never reuse links after they've been closed.
Zinc-plated steel links are mildly corrosion resistant.

Safety Chains for Trailers
Keep trailers attached to their vehicles even when the hitch fails. Use chains in pairs. The maximum trailer weight per pair must meet or exceed maximum trailer weight. Maximum trailer weight is the total weight being towed.
Warning: Never use for lifting applications. See Chain—For Lifting.
