Sterile Disposable Gloves

Sterilized and bagged in environments with low levels of contaminants, these gloves are often used in laboratories and pharmaceutical manufacturing. They’re single-use and powder-free, so they prevent cross contamination and provide the dexterity needed for intricate work. Nitrile gloves are a good alternative for those concerned with latex allergies.
Clean Room Gloves

Cleaned and bagged in environments with low levels of particulates, these powder-free, unlined gloves won't contaminate your work area. They’re suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants.
Chemical-resistant gloves protect against incidental chemical contact such as spills and splashes.
Latex gloves are the most form fitting. They’re good for jobs that require tactile precision.
Nitrile gloves are a good alternative for those concerned about latex allergies.
PVC gloves are an economical choice for applications that require a moderate amount of dexterity and durability.
Neoprene/latex/nitrile blend gloves have excellent chemical resistance as well as dexterity and are a good choice for cleaning components in acid baths or assembling circuits.
Textured gloves provide a better grip than smooth gloves.
Style C have good solvent resistance and are thicker than Styles A and B for added wear resistance.
Style D are the thickest clean room gloves we offer.

Extreme-Temperature Clean Room Gloves

Often worn when stress-testing semiconductors—where parts go from freezer to furnace—these gloves won't contaminate your clean room. They’re cleaned and bagged in environments with low levels of particulates. These gloves also give you more dexterity when handling items than the basic pinching you get with mitts. Plus, they're ambidextrous, so you can wear them on either hand to extend their life.
Aramid fabric gloves have a wider temperature range than silicone rubber gloves. Even at 1000° F, they won’t burn or leave a residue. These gloves should only be used to handle dry objects.
Silicone rubber gloves meet EN 374 standards for protection against chemicals. And unlike aramid fabric gloves, they can be used to handle wet material.

Reusable Clean Room Gloves

Cleaned and bagged in environments with low levels of particulates, these gloves won't contaminate your work area.
Style A gloves are knitted—the higher the knitting gauge, the thinner the glove. Thinner gloves let you move more freely and feel finer details; thicker gloves are more durable. These gloves have a rubber coating for a secure grip and an extra layer of protection without restricting movement. Polyurethane-coated gloves are thin and lightweight. They’re good for assembling small parts, handling fragile materials, and other jobs that require touch sensitivity. Nitrile-coated gloves resist oil and chemicals.
Style B gloves keep static electricity from building up and damaging sensitive electronic equipment. Rated to ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards, they’re safe to use with components that could be damaged by any amount of voltage. You can wear these gloves during electronics manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, and other jobs where static control is essential.
Gloves that meet ANSI/ISEA 105 are rated for various forms of protection, such as cut, abrasion, or puncture resistance. The higher the rating, the greater the protection.

Cut-Protection Clean Room Gloves

Snip circuit board leads, inspect silicon wafers, and handle other sharp components in clean rooms. Not only are these gloves rated to protect your hands from cuts, they’re also lint-free and unlined to prevent shedding. They’re cleaned and bagged in environments with low levels of particulates, so they won’t contaminate your work area.
All meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for various forms of protection, such as cuts, abrasions, and punctures. Gloves with an A5 rating can be used with blades, knives, and sharp wire. A9-rated gloves can be used to handle spikes or lift heavy objects with sharp edges.
Gloves with a nitrile coating are more resistant to oil and chemicals than polyurethane-coated gloves.

Clean Room Finger Cots

Protect objects in your clean room from skin oil and other contaminants when dexterity is essential and full hand coverage is not needed. Cleaned and bagged in clean environments, these powder-free, unlined cots won't contaminate your work area.
Static-control cots minimize the buildup of electrostatic charge to protect sensitive equipment from damage. The lower the surface resistivity, the faster and more effectively cots drain electrical charge.
Latex cots are the most form fitting. They’re good for jobs that require tactile precision.
Nitrile cots are a good alternative for those concerned with latex allergies.
Textured cots provide a better grip than smooth cots.

Extreme-Temperature Clean Room Mitts

Handle everything from frozen samples to freshly soldered circuit boards without contaminating your clean room. These mitts protect your hands between -75° and 390° F. They don’t shed fibers, so your clean room stays clean. Compared to gloves, they’re easier to slip on and off—and they can even be worn over gloves—but aren’t a good choice when you need high dexterity. These mitts meet EN 374 standards for protection against chemicals.

Clean Room Sleeves

Keep dust, microbes, and other particles on clothing or skin from contaminating clean spaces. These sleeves are cleaned and individually bagged in a clean room to keep them from shedding lint or dust. The Tyvek polyethylene fabric is made of heat- and pressure-bonded fibers for sleeves that are both soft and strong. They hold up to occasional contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray.
