Washdown Vibration-Damping Threaded-Rod-Mount Clamping Hangers
These hangers provide maximum corrosion resistance in wet environments and stand up to frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. Rounded edges, polished surfaces, and acorn or hex nuts that conceal threads reduce the number of places for bacteria to grow and make them easier to clean. The cushion is FDA compliant for direct contact with food; it fits tightly around material to lessen vibration and prevents corrosion caused by metal-to-metal contact. The greater the hanger’s width, the heavier duty it is. Hangers have a threaded hole on top for mounting with threaded rod.
Silicone cushions withstand steam cleaning, as well as ozone, sunlight, and oxidation. PTFE cushions withstand most chemicals.

Pivoting Threaded-Rod-Mount Loop Hangers
Also known as clevis hangers, these have a pivoting loop that adjusts for line movement and vibration. Combine with a threaded rod or other fastener to hang from the ceiling. To mount, slide threaded rod into the unthreaded hole on top of the hanger and secure with a nut (sold separately). When used with threaded rod, the hanging height can be adjusted after material is installed.
Zinc-plated steel hangers have good corrosion resistance. Rubber-coated steel hangers reduce wear on material. 304 stainless steel hangers have excellent corrosion resistance and good chemical resistance. 316 stainless steel hangers have excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.

Side-Load Threaded-Rod-Mount Loop Hangers
Access material quickly without uninstalling the hanger. These hangers have a removable bolt for loading pipe, tube, and conduit from the side. Combine them with a threaded rod and nut (not included) or other fastener to hang them from the ceiling. To mount to a wall, use a fastener and the side mounting hole.
Zinc-plated steel hangers have good corrosion resistance. 304 stainless steel hangers have excellent corrosion resistance.

Threaded-Rod-Mount Roller Loop Hangers
A roller on the bottom of these hangers compensates for movement due to expansion and contraction, such as in hydraulic applications. A mounting plate provides a more secure hold at the mounting surface. Stronger than routing clamps and hangers, U-bolts support heavy pipe, tube, and conduit from ceilings, walls, and poles. Galvanized steel U-bolts have better corrosion resistance than black-oxide and zinc-plated steel U-bolts.

Black-oxide steel U-bolts have mild corrosion resistance. Zinc-plated steel U-bolts have good corrosion resistance in most environments. Galvanized steel U-bolts have better corrosion resistance than black-oxide and zinc-plated steel U-bolts. 304 stainless steel U-bolts have excellent corrosion resistance and good chemical resistance. 316 stainless steel U-bolts have excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.
U-bolts with four nuts allow you to secure the U-bolt from the top and the bottom.

Rubber-Cushioned U-Bolts
A durable rubber cushion and mounting plate prevent corrosion and wear caused by metal-to-metal contact.
