Digital Food Industry Pocket Thermometers
For easier viewing than dial thermometers for food and beverage, these thermometers show readings on an LCD. All meet standards for use in food-processing environments.
Metal- and X-ray-detectable thermometers contain metal and chemical additives, so they can be caught if they fall into your line, helping you comply with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs. They’re bright blue, so they’re easily spotted and removed. The probe opens 180° to take temperatures at multiple angles. Unfold the probe to turn thermometers on, and fold it back into the handle for protection when not in use.
Optional wall-mount holders protect and help you keep track of metal- and X-ray detectable thermometers. Holders are also metal- and X-ray detectable, as well as bright blue.

Sanitary Thermocouple Probes for Liquids and Gases
Designed to measure temperature in dairy and food-processing applications, these probes are built to maintain sanitary standards. They have a sanitary quick-clamp connection that’s easy to disconnect for cleaning. IP65 and NEMA 4 rated, they seal out water from washdowns from top to bottom. The probes are polished stainless steel, so they're easy to clean and won't corrode from harsh cleaning chemicals or immersion in liquids or gases. The stainless steel also shields the sensor inside from impact, while magnesium oxide protects the wiring. Remove the cap on the head to wire the thermocouple to your application. The fitting is welded on, so you can’t adjust the probe’s length.
Pick the thermocouple type that best covers the temperature range you expect your liquid or gas to be. You should also make sure the thermocouple type you choose is compatible with the device you plan to connect it to. They’re often used with temperature controllers, thermometers, and other temperature-reading devices.
These thermocouples are manufactured to conform to ASTM E230 for accuracy. Accuracy is how far off the reported value is from the actual temperature.
