Aluminum Cord Grips

NPT Threads

Locknut and O-Ring Kit

These cord grips are lightweight yet durable. As you tighten the grip, a nylon inner ring and lubricated rubber bushing secure your cable, prevent overtightening, and create a seal around the cord to block out liquid. The inner rings are colored by size so you can identify them at a glance.

Locknut and O-ring kits (sold separately) create liquid-tight seals between cord grips and enclosure knockouts. Rated NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, and IP66, the resulting seals provide indoor and outdoor protection against dust, corrosion, water projected from a hose, and oil/coolant spray. Each kit includes two locknuts and one or two O-rings.

Aluminum Wet-Location Cord Grips

These cord grips are lightweight yet durable. They have a zinc-plated steel locknut and metal-reinforced rubber O-ring that prevents liquid from entering the connection. All are rated NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, and IP66 to provide indoor and outdoor protection against dust, corrosion, water projected from a hose, and oil/coolant spray.

Grips have a knurled collar for hand tightening. As you tighten the grip, a nylon inner ring and lubricated rubber bushing secure your cable, prevent overtightening, and create a seal around the cord to block out liquid. The inner ring is colored by size, so you can identify the grips’ size at a glance.
