Press these fittings onto stainless steel pipe using a crimping tool for a permanent, leak-tight connection that's faster than threading or welding and doesn't require heat. Fittings have an internal stainless steel gripping ring and rubber O-ring that create a seal when crimped. They are designed to leak if fittings have not been crimped; a colored dot marks the leak path so it's easy to spot unsealed connections. These fittings are comparable to Viega MegaPress fittings.
Fittings meet ANSI/ASME B31 code requirements for use in pressure piping systems.
304 stainless steel fittings resist corrosion from frequent exposure to water and fuels. They are often used for water processing lines, heating and cooling systems, and fuel lines.
Connectors with center stop have a small internal ridge that prevents the pipe from sliding too far into the fitting and taking space from the pipe on the other side. Insert the pipe on each side of the connection up to the center stop to ensure a reliable seal.
Union straight connectors separate into three pieces. Unscrew and remove the center nut for quick access to a line.

Crimp these fittings onto steel pipe to form a tightly sealed connection that’s faster than threading or welding and doesn’t require heat. An internal gripping ring and rubber O-ring create a secure seal when crimped. They are designed to leak if fittings have not been crimped; a colored dot marks the leak path so it's easy to spot unsealed connections. These steel fittings are coated in zinc-nickel to resist corrosion, but will rust if frequently exposed to saltwater or harsh chemicals. They are comparable to Viega MegaPress steel fittings.
Fittings meet ANSI/ASME B31 code requirements for use in pressure piping systems.
Fittings with an EPDM rubber O-ring are often used for water processing lines, fire sprinklers, and heating and cooling systems. EPDM rubber won’t degrade when exposed to water, ethylene glycol, and propylene glycol. These fittings meet UL 213 and FM 1920 standards for use in fire protection systems.
Connectors with center stop have a small internal ridge that prevents the pipe from sliding too far into the fitting. Insert the pipe on each side of the connection up to the center stop to ensure a tight seal.
Unions separate into three pieces. Unscrew and remove the center nut for quick access to a line.

International Standard ISO Minimal-Spill
Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Chemicals

To minimize fluid loss when connecting and disconnecting your line, these couplings have flat faces for a close fit and shut-off valves to stop the flow—they meet ISO 16028, which is an international standard for hose couplings. They’re also known as flush-face and double shut-off couplings. A complete coupling consists of a plug and socket (both sold separately). They connect and disconnect quickly, so use them if you need to access a line frequently. Made of 316 stainless steel, they have excellent corrosion resistance and withstand a variety of chemicals.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sockets are push-to-connect style. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects. These sockets have an internal fluoroelastomer gasket that resists a wide range of chemicals, including benzene, butyl alcohol, and ethylene glycol.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.
Warning: Never attempt to connect or disconnect couplings when operating at maximum pressure. Stop the flow before you disconnect the line.
