Flush-Cut Angle Grinder Cutoff Wheels for Hard Metal
Made of ceramic alumina, these wheels last 10 times longer than standard cutoff wheels when cutting hard metal, such as tool steel. They’re reinforced with two layers of fiberglass mesh. These wheels, also known as Type 27, raised hub, and depressed-center cutoff wheels, outperform Type 1 wheels when making flush cuts.

Bench and Surface Grinder Cutoff Wheels for Hard Metal
Made with boron nitride, second only in hardness to diamond, these wheels are highly wear resistant, so they easily cut steel with a Rockwell hardness of C50 or greater, including alloy steel, A2, D2, and T15 tool steel. While these wheels are not as hard as wheels made with diamond, they dissipate heat better.

Band Saw Blades for Hardened Steel, Super Alloys, and Graphite
Carbide grit bonded to alloy steel blades cuts through hard materials such as hardened steel, graphite, fiberglass, composites, and nickel alloys including Hastelloy and Inconel. Choose medium grit for less material loss and a smooth finish; choose coarse grit for fast cutting. Blades have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw. Use coolant (not included) when cutting metals.
Gullet blades quickly cut material that is at least 1/4" thick.
Continuous blades are better than gullet blades for material that fractures and chips easily and material less than 1/4" thick. Use with saw wheels that are at least 24" diameter.

Band Saw Blades for Case-Hardened Metal
Slice through metal that’s hardened on the surface, such as linear motion shafts. The tips of the teeth on these blades tilt backward, so you can cut titanium, Inconel, and other very hard metal too—they cut metals as hard as Rockwell C60. Also known as variable-set blades, their teeth vary in size, number per inch, and pattern to reduce vibration for a quiet, accurate cut. The blades are rigid, so they work best to make straight cuts.
