About Process Pumps

These pumps meter a consistent amount of liquid within ±2% of the maximum flow. Often used to pump water-treatment chemicals, cleaning fluids, and electropolishing solutions, they have an adjustment dial that alters flow rate in 2% increments of the maximum flow. Pumps are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. They can run dry but are not for use with solids.

Repair kits include a pump head assembly, a diaphragm, valves, and seals.

High-Pressure Metering Pumps for Chemicals with Locking Lever

An adjustment dial with a locking lever allows for easy flow control. Also known as diaphragm metering pumps, these can be used with pressures up to four times higher than standard chemical metering pumps. They're often used for general purpose dispensing of chemicals such as ammonia and acid-washing solutions. The adjustment dial alters flow rate in 5% increments of the maximum flow. Pumps are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. Do not run dry or use with solids.

Miniature Metering Pumps for Chemicals

With a footprint that's only a few inches in any direction, these pumps fit into compact systems to dispense small amounts of acids, cleaning fluids, and other chemicals. They're often used in sterilization, photochemical, and water treatment systems. Choose from pumps with either a 4-20mA or 1-5V DC input signal that controls the flow rate.

Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

Metering Pumps for Coolants and Oils

Use these pumps for high-pressure output of antifreeze, hydraulic oil, and motor oil. They have an internal relief valve to prevent pressure buildup.
