Bolt- and Clamp-Mount Heaters for Plates, Molds, and Dies
Also known as strip and disc heaters, these bolt or clamp onto flat metal parts to heat the surface through direct contact. All require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.
Disc heaters should be attached to flat surfaces with mounting clamps (sold separately). Four are recommended for each heater.

Heaters for Nozzles
With Mica Insulation
With Mineral Insulation
Often used with extrusion, injection, and blow-molding machinery, these heaters clamp around nozzles to keep material warm for consistent discharge. They require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.
Heaters with mineral insulation heat up faster than heaters with mica insulation.
Note: The heater must be sized to fit tightly around the barrel to prevent air gaps that lead to inefficient heating and premature failure.
