An insulated handle and body protect against shock from accidental contact with live electrical circuits. These tools are tested to 1,000 volts to meet IEC 60900. Insert the twist tip into the screw head, push down, and turn to secure. As the screw is tightened, the starter tip releases. Use the magnet at the end of the handle to retrieve dropped fasteners. Screw starters are not intended for final tightening or removal.
