TIG Torches

With many of the parts you need for TIG welding, these torches include a torch body and a cable and hose assembly.

Flexible-neck torches bend so you can weld in hard-to-reach areas. A copper coil allows the neck to flex, but it will loosen over time. Torches with an interchangeable head let you quickly swap out heads with different nozzle configurations to tackle different welding jobs. They have a ball-joint torch body that gives them similar flexibility to flexible-neck torches, but the ball joint won’t loosen over time, unlike a copper coil.

Torches without a gas valve require a welder with a built-in gas valve. Torches with a gas valve included let you control the flow of gas at your torch instead of at your welder.

Water-cooled torches cool more efficiently than air-cooled torches, which keeps your torch from overheating even when welding continuously or for long periods of time.

Torch heads with a 50°, 70°, or 90° head angle are useful for welding in hard-to-reach areas.

TIG Torches for Pipe Welding

Rotate or pivot the head on these torches to weld on pipe. They come with other parts you need for TIG welding, such as torch bodies and cable and hose assemblies.

Rigid-neck torches have a pivoting head and are often used on large-diameter pipe and tubing. They work for longer welding cycles than torches with a rotating head. To prevent binding or twisting on the cable, the torch body rocks back and forth on the cable.

Flexible-neck torches bend to access hard-to-reach areas. They also have a pivoting head for use on large-diameter pipe and tubing. They work for longer welding cycles than torches with a rotating head. Their torch body rocks back and forth on the cable, preventing it from binding or twisting.

Torches with an interchangeable head let you quickly swap out heads with different nozzle configurations to tackle different welding jobs. Their head rotates 360° to account for different welding positions, so they’re often used to weld small-diameter pipe.
