    DIN-Mount Electronically-Controlled Precision Compressed Air Regulators

    Mount these regulators to a 35 mm DIN rail with the included bracket. Designed for control applications that require high reliability and repeatability, they translate electrical signals to output pressure. Use them where you need consistent air pressure to generate precise force and movement. As the input signal current or voltage increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulating range.
    Pair these regulators with sensors that produce the required input signal current or voltage or with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automatic setting adjustments. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after your filters.
    Pressure Regulation Range—Regulators with a 0 psi minimum pressure regulation range stop airflow at the minimum electrical signal, allowing you to prevent air from flowing downstream without shutting off the air supply upstream.

    Electronically-Controlled Compressed Air Regulators with Display

    Monitor and adjust compressed air pressure at the source and remotely. These regulators use an electronic pressure sensor and a color-changing display to give you instant feedback—green for in range, red for out of range, and yellow for errors. Set the pressure using the knob, display buttons, or connect them to your programmable logic control (PLC) via IO-Link. When connected to your industrial network, you’ll be able to change settings remotely, monitor performance, and run diagnostics. You’ll need an M8 connecting cable (sold separately) to link them to your network. Install these regulators in your air line after filters.
    To prevent unauthorized or accidental changes, lock the knob with a padlock. You can also protect settings made on the display and PLC with a PIN code.

    Hazardous Location Electronically-Controlled Precision Compressed Air Regulators with Display

    Designed to prevent sparks, these regulators are safe to use in IEC Zone 2, Groups IIC, IIB, and IIA hazardous locations. Set outlet pressure right on the display or adjust them remotely. For remote adjustments, pair them with either sensors or programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Sensors will produce the required input signal current based on system feedback. For more complex setups, PLCs will take timing, logic, or sensor inputs into consideration. These regulators translate electrical signals into steady output pressure for precise, repeatable motion. As the input signal increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulating range. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install these regulators in your air line after filters, then use a cable (sold separately) to connect to your PLC or network.
    The display shows outlet pressure, pressure scale (psi or bar), minimum pressure, and maximum pressure (within the regulation range).

    Electronically-Controlled Compressed Air Filter/Regulators with Display

    Connect these filter/regulators to your programmable logic controller (PLC) via IO-Link to remotely control the air pressure, monitor performance, and run diagnostics. You can also adjust the pressure with a knob and buttons on the face. Readings from the integrated sensor appear on a color-changing display—green for in range, red for out of range, and yellow for errors. You’ll need a connecting cable (sold separately) to connect these filter/regulators to your network. The filter and regulator are joined top-to-bottom, so they fit in the same space as a filter alone. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
    Choose the coarsest (highest micron) filtration that meets your air quality needs to extend the life of the filter. To prevent unauthorized or accidental pressure changes, lock the knob with a padlock. You can also set a PIN code to secure the display and PLC. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.
