Customize component placement without drilling leaky holes—these channels screw into the mounting bosses in your enclosure. Use strut channel nuts (sold separately) to add a DIN rail at any point along the channel, then clip on terminal blocks and other parts. To adjust spacing, loosen the strut channel nuts and slide the rail along the channel.

Unlike solid panels, these panels have a grid of holes sized to fit self-tapping screws, so there’s nothing to measure, mark, or cut. Mount components to the panel, then install it in your enclosure. Using a panel helps keep dust and water out because components mount on the panel and not through holes in the enclosure itself.

Mount enclosures to the floor above hazards such as water. These stands also create access to install drains, connection points for wiring, and other components to the bottom of your enclosure. In addition to mounting to the floor, anchor enclosures to a wall or stable surface to prevent flexing, twisting, and stress on the enclosure’s bottom. A pair of floor stands supports 3,000 lbs. For heavier loads or enclosures over 120" wide, use a second pair of stands.

Powder-coated steel stands resist corrosion from water.

304 stainless steel stands resist corrosion better than powder-coated steel stands. They tolerate salt water and cleaners.

Raise your enclosure to access switches, gauges, screens, and other parts at a comfortable working height. These pedestals are hollow and have a gasketed access plate, so you can route and manage wires within the column to organize and protect them. All require a base (sold separately). Bases need to be anchored to the floor for stability.

Combine straight pedestals with slant-top enclosures or angled pedestals with standard enclosures. Both combinations position buttons and other components at a comfortable angle.
