    Stick Electrodes for Nickel

Image of Product. Front orientation. Stick Electrodes. Stick Electrodes for Nickel .
    Weld nickel with these electrodes.
ENiCrFe-3—ENiCrFe-3 electrodes weld nickel alloys to themselves and to steel and stainless steel. Welds made with these electrodes have excellent wear resistance in high-heat applications and are often used in surfacing and clad-side welding.
ENiCrMo-4—ENiCrMo-4 electrodes weld nickel alloys to themselves and to stainless steel. Their welds have excellent resistance to corrosion, pitting, and stress cracking.

Stick Electrodes for Joining Cast Iron to Steel and Stainless Steel

Image of Product. Front orientation. Stick Electrodes. Stick Electrodes for Joining Cast Iron to Steel and Stainless Steel.
Made of 85% pure nickel, these electrodes join cast iron to itself, and to mild steel and stainless steel. Their welds are easily machinable due to their high nickel content. They’re often used to repair castings. The flux coating produces good stability, speed, and welding performance.
