Screw-Together Wet-Location RJ45 Connectors and Cords

Use these connectors and cords to make Ethernet connections.

IP67 rated connectors and cords are protected against dust and temporary submersion when mated.

NEMA 6 rated connectors and cords are protected against dust, washdowns, and temporary submersion.

Shielded adapters prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) to minimize signal distortion.

Latching Washdown RJ45 Connectors

Protect connections in washdown environments while maintaining access—these RJ45 plugs and adapters latch together securely, yet quickly detach. When mated, they’re rated IP65 and IP67 for protection against washdowns and temporary submersion. All are shielded to prevent electromagnetic interference.

Plugs have a snap-on wire connection that pierces the insulation to eliminate the need for wire stripping.

Adapters have an attached cover to maintain the IP67 rating when not in use.

They have metal locking tabs, which are less likely to break off than plastic ones. All are shielded to block interference from nearby devices. These connectors meet Canadian electrical standards and UL data transmission standards. They’re compatible with ix Industrial plugs that meet IEC 61076-3-124.

Sanitary Electric Multipurpose Connectors

Reduce the number of electrical connections in sanitary areas, such as food plants. These connectors combine Ethernet, a power cable, and wire for signals into a single connection point, so there are fewer places for bacteria to hide and grow. Their smooth surface and rounded edges are free of gaps where germs and liquids could collect, making them easy to clean. An EPDM gasket and silicone O-ring seal out water and contaminants.

These connectors, as well as their gasket, O-ring, and cable gland, are FDA compliant, which means they’re safe to directly touch food. IP69 rated when connected, they also block out dust and stand up to intense washdowns.

All connectors have 12 poles and 1 ground connection, which is not wired.

Add a cover to protect your connector’s poles and maintain its IP rating when not connected. Covers with a lanyard attach to the connector’s housing to prevent them from getting lost.

Enclosure-Mount Aluminum Power and Data Outlet Boxes

Mount these boxes to the outside of an enclosure to access a programmable logic controller or other networked device without opening the enclosure. They’re rated NEMA 4 for protection against dust, corrosion, and washdowns. A clear flip-down cover and sealing gasket keep water out when not in use.
