Micro M12 Cords
The threaded ends on these cords seal out contaminants and resist coming loose from vibration in tough industrial environments and automated systems while sending power and signal to devices with M12 connections. Poles and keyways on the connector face adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance of mismatching connections during setup.
A-coded cords work with AC and DC sensors, actuators, motors, light curtains, and other devices. They’re also often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and within Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems.
Cords with PVC insulation work well in general purpose applications, but they shouldn’t be used outdoors. While flexible, these cords aren’t as flexible as cords with polyurethane or TPE insulation, making them best for stationary jobs.
Use unshielded cords in applications where signal interference isn’t a concern.
Cords with a 90° elbow run along the side of equipment, so they fit behind machines and in tight spaces.
When mated, the connectors are IP rated to block out dust and water if briefly submersed. IP66K rated connectors can be sprayed down during high-pressure washdowns.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.

Mini Cords
With a higher maximum current than nano M8 and micro M12 cords, these mini cords are often used with automated systems, motors, and pumps. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connections and won’t shake loose from vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors. These cords are unshielded, so they’re best for use where signal interference is not a concern.
When mated, these cords meet IP ratings for protection from dust and temporary submersion.
Thread adapters connect plugs and sockets that both have internal threads.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.

Interference-Limiting Outlet Strips
An isolated ground connection protects computers and other sensitive equipment from external signals that interfere with the equipment’s performance. A circuit breaker prevents damage from current overload and short circuits. Surge suppression protects devices from voltage spikes. The surge rating indicates how much energy the outlet strip can absorb before it needs to be replaced; the higher the number, the better the protection.

Bench-Top Outlet Strips

Mount these outlet strips to a desktop or workbench with the mounting hardware, or set them on a surface. The outlets have internal shutters to prevent the insertion of foreign objects. These outlet strips have a 90° elbow plug that fits flush against a wall outlet, so they fit behind machinery or in areas where space is tight. The plug also has an outlet on the back to connect equipment. Use the USB ports to charge mobile devices.

Shielded Panel-Mount Ethernet Cords
Often used in labs, storage facilities, and offices, the shielding blocks low to moderate signal interference from nearby equipment and devices. These cords have a flange on the socket end to mount them in a panel cutout. They send data between computers, printers, servers, and switches. For faster data transmission speeds, choose a cord with a higher ethernet cable category. All are backward compatible, so they work in networks that meet the same or a lower category.
Screw-in cords simply thread into panel cutouts. Use them on panels that are 1.5 mm to 5 mm thick.
Add an optional cap to protect the end of screw-in cords when not in use. Hinged caps open and shut quickly at a fixed angle, so they’re more convenient for frequent access than tethered caps. Tethered caps can open in any direction, letting you access the end of the cord from any angle.
Label holders (sold separately) snap onto the end of the cords.
