Scratch-Resistant Screw-to-Install Rivet Nuts
A PVC coating minimizes scratches to the surface of your material and makes these rivet nuts more corrosion resistant than zinc-plated steel rivet nuts. Large slits in the body allow these rivet nuts to collapse and flare when you fasten them with a screw. A backside flange distributes the force to resist pull-through in thin metals. For quicker installation, use a rivet nut tool. Length is measured from under the flange.
