    Headless Clevis Pins
    3D CAD models available

    Since these pins secure at either end, you can add and remove parts without having to take the pin all the way out. They’re commonly used with rod ends, hydraulic cylinders, and other pivoting components. Slide a cotter pin into each hole to keep them in place.

    Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—These pins withstand occasional exposure to moisture. However, since friction from moving parts can wear away the finish, they're not ideal for wet environments. While not nearly as corrosion resistant as stainless steel, they are stronger and won’t deform under stress.
