    Load-Rated Reinforced Threaded-Stud Bumpers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Bumpers. Load-Rated Reinforced Threaded-Stud Bumpers, Style 1.

    Style 1

Tested to support the load of your application. These bumpers support a wide range of equipment—from a 50 lb. saw to a 5,000 lb. air compressor. They also help reduce vibration and protect whatever they’re mounted to. All have a metal base plate for added strength and a longer service life than all-rubber bumpers. No separate fasteners are needed—just twist them into a threaded hole.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Bumpers. Load-Rated Reinforced Threaded-Stud Bumpers, Style 1.

    Style 1

Our toughest rubber bumpers, they keep their shape even when knocked and scraped by metal and other abrasive materials. They're often used on industrial vehicles, conveyors, and heavy construction equipment.
Hardness Rating—The harder the bumper, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the bumper, the more cushioning it provides for objects made of glass, soft metal, and other fragile materials. Bumpers with a medium rating offer a balance of impact resistance and cushioning.

These bumpers absorb impact to protect equipment, walls, and floors from dents and scuffs. They're found everywhere from access panels to the bases of equipment. The rubber construction also stifles noise and absorbs vibration to prevent wear and tear to your machinery and nearby surfaces. No separate fasteners are needed—just twist them into a threaded hole.

    Knife Edge

Install these clamps into a slot in your fixture to grip at the bottom of workpiece edges, giving the cutting tool maximum access to your workpiece. Thread the clamp into a tapped hole and give the center screw a half turn for quick clamping.
Blunt Edge—Clamps with a blunt edge are less likely to mar your workpiece.
Knife Edge—Clamps with a knife edge bite into your workpiece for faster and more aggressive machining.
Brass Head—Clamps with brass heads are nonmarring when used with steel and aluminum workpieces.
