Twist these bumpers into a threaded hole. Often used as feet, spacers, and vibration dampers, they absorb shock to prevent damage to equipment and surfaces. All have a hard or medium-hard rating to withstand high levels of impact. The harder the bumper, the more impact it withstands.
SBR bumpers have good abrasion resistance. They're also nonmarking. They are not for use outdoors.

Select these bumpers for applications that require specific load capacities. All are reinforced with a base plate for strength. Often used as feet, spacers, and vibration dampers, they absorb shock to prevent damage to equipment and surfaces. They're also good for starting and stopping motion on automated machines and conveyors. Twist these bumpers into a threaded hole.
Bumpers with a soft and extra-soft rating offer cushioning. The softer the bumper, the more it cushions.
Bumpers with a medium hardness rating offer a balance of cushioning and impact resistance.
Rubber bumpers are abrasion resistant. Those with a soft rating can be used outdoors.
Polyurethane bumpers have better abrasion resistance than rubber bumpers. They won't become brittle and crack when exposed to ozone.

Use these buttons to support and position workpieces and fixtures from the bottom or side. Their hex shape lets you screw them into a threaded hole with a wrench or socket. Threading makes these buttons easier to replace than press-fit, so they are a good choice for high-wear applications. They’re also known as rest buttons.

Thread in a screw, handle, or other part to create the right size and shape guide pin for your application. As the workpiece pushes against the pin head in one direction, the internal spring pushes back to hold it in place for clamping. Press into a drilled hole using the installation tool (sold separately).
Hold a workpiece securely from the side with minimal contact, leaving more of the workpiece free for machining. Thread the clamp into a tapped hole and give the center screw a half turn for quick clamping.
Install these clamps into a slot in your fixture to grip at the bottom of workpiece edges, giving the cutting tool maximum access to your workpiece. Thread the clamp into a tapped hole and give the center screw a half turn for quick clamping.
Blunt edge is less likely to mar your workpiece. Knife edge bites into your workpiece for faster and more aggressive machining.
Clamps with brass heads are nonmarring when used with steel and aluminum workpieces.

Machine these fixture clamps to match the contours of your workpieces for a stronger grip. Place the clamp between the two workpieces in a fixture and tighten the screw to extend the sides of the clamp, creating a secure hold against both workpieces. Minimal contact with the workpiece leaves more of its surface accessible for machining. Each clamp comes with a locking plate to keep the clamp rigid while machining it to fit your application.

Secure a workpiece from the inside diameter, leaving the outside clear for machining. Machine these clamps to match the precise size and contours of your workpiece ID. Mount the clamp to your fixture with the included screws and place your workpiece over it. Turn the socket head cap screw to expand the clamp.
Top-actuated clamps tighten from the top of the clamp, so workpieces need a through hole.
