With excellent torsional strength, this sleeving withstands the extreme twisting found in robotics. Made of carbon fiber, it has impact strength similar to steel yet is lighter than plastic and rubber. Resistant to corrosion and chemicals, it’s often used to protect brake lines and hydraulic lines. It’s expandable, so it stretches to fit over items for easy installation, then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate. Cut with scissors or a hot-blade knife.
Made of carbon fiber, these are the strongest composite round tubes we offer. Carbon fiber is comparable in strength to 6061 aluminum yet lighter in weight. These round tubes are often used to build frames and structures.

Readily machined and punched into custom parts, these hard fiber tubes are often made into bushings and washers. Also known as vulcanized fiber, they're constructed from lightweight cotton fabric that's been chemically treated to make it hard and dense.

Stronger than plastic and aluminum, this is the lightest weight framing we offer. It has good resistance to chemicals and salt water. Slip the fittings over rails to construct custom railings, guard rails, storage racks, and shelving. Drill rails and connect fittings with the included hardware.

Lightweight and super thin, these fiber-reinforced silica aerogel sheets and strips flex into tight spaces other insulation can't. Use on process piping and in power-generating applications. Insulation can be layered, laminated, or wrapped in foil.
Flame-resistant insulation meets ASTM E84 0/0 for flame and smoke.

Able to withstand temperatures as low as -290° F, these super-thin, lightweight sheets are made of fiber-reinforced silica aerogel that can flex into tight spaces other insulation can't. Use in process piping and power-generating applications. Insulation can be layered, laminated, or wrapped in foil.
Protect and repair insulation with this cotton fiber and resin mesh. For small sections, dip the strip in warm water for five seconds then install. For large sections, apply dry to piping and spray with water. Strips harden in 10 minutes. Once hardened, they can be painted.
