Continuous-Flex Data Communication Cable

- Use For: Automation, Continuous Motion, Data, Interference Shielding
- Continuous Flex
- Temperature Range:
PVC Plastic Insulation: 25° to 155° F
TPE Rubber Insulation: -30° to 210° F
Often used to send signal and data to order pickers and cranes, this cable withstands continuous motion applications without degrading data or signal transmission. In addition to a layer of braid shielding, it has twisted pairs of wires that cancel signal interference from multiple transmission lines. Suitable for clean rooms, they release minimal particles into the air. All are CE marked as compliant with European health, safety, and environmental standards.
Cable with PVC insulation is for indoor use.
Cable with TPE rubber insulation is for outdoor use and resists coolant, oil, and UV light.

Continuous-Flex Ethernet Cable

- Use For: Automation, Continuous Motion, Data, Interference Shielding
- Continuous Flex
- Insulation:
Shielded: Polyurethane Rubber
Double Shielded: TPE Rubber, except Category 6A is Polyurethane Plastic
Often used in automated applications that require continuous motion such as robotics, this cable sends data between computers, servers, and switches without degrading data transmission. This Ethernet cable is backward compatible so it works in networks that meet the same or a lower category. Bend radius is the point to which the cable will bend without being damaged. It is measured from the center of the bend to the edge of the cable. The smaller the measurement, the tighter the bend.
Shielded cable has a layer of braid that blocks signal interference from nearby equipment and devices.
Double shielded cable has a layer of braid and foil shielding for better protection against signal interference than braid alone. Use it in environments with high signal distortion, such as near transformers, generators, and heavy duty motors.
Flame rated cable meets requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test. FT1 cable is suspended vertically during testing. FT2 cable is suspended horizontally during testing.

Robot Controller Cords

Use these cords to extend the distance between your FANUC CRX robot arm and your controller. Plug one end directly into the controller, and connect the other end to the existing cord coming from the robot arm.
Robot Teach Pendant Cords

Replace the cords connecting your robot controller and teach pendant when they become worn, or switch them out for a different length. The connections on these cords plug right into your equipment, so there’s no need to modify them before installing. Choose cords that work with your controller, then select the length that fits your application.

Ethernet Cords with Adjustable-Angle Connectors

The plugs on these cords pivot up to 90° in each direction to fit Ethernet jacks at awkward angles or in tight spots, such as behind equipment or in enclosures. Simply slide back the bend protection and turn the plugs to adjust their angle. Use these cords to send data between computers, printers, servers, and switches. All have braid and foil shielding to block signal interference from nearby equipment and devices. They come in a variety of colors to organize connections by application or the machines they are used on.

Continuous-Flex Coaxial Cords

Often used in automated applications such as robotics, these cords withstand continuous motion without degrading data transmission. Use them to transmit audio, video, and data signals over long distances with minimal signal loss. They’re RG-58/U or RG-59/U, so they’re good for low frequency transmissions such as radio signals. All have BNC plugs that attach with a quarter turn.

Continuous-Flex Ethernet Cords

Often used in automated applications such as robotics, these cords withstand continuous motion without degrading data transmission. The shielding blocks signal interference from nearby equipment and devices. They send data between computers, printers, servers, and switches. For faster data transmission speeds, choose a cord with a higher industry designation category. They’re backward compatible, so they work in networks that meet the same or a lower category. All stand up to some abrasion.
Cords with PVC plastic insulation are good for general purpose applications and often used indoors. They’re not as flexible as cords with polyurethane or TPE rubber insulation. They also contain halogen.
Cords with polyurethane rubber insulation resist abrasion better and bend further than cords with PVC plastic insulation. You can use them indoors or outdoors, though you shouldn’t use them in harsh settings. They’re halogen free.
Cords with TPE rubber insulation are more abrasion resistant and bend further before kinking than cords with PVC plastic or polyurethane rubber insulation. They also withstand chemicals. Choose them for harsh outdoor environments. These cords are halogen free.
