To withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications, these valves have a fluoroelastomer seal and a plastic body. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Add fine flow control to tubing lines for butane, diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, kerosene, natural gas, and propane. These valves have a barbed fitting that grips onto tubing, providing a secure hold. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments. Valves have metal-to-metal seats that resist temperature fluctuations.

Insert tubing into the fittings on these valves—no heat, solder, or flux required. To withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions, they have a chemical-resistant fluoroelastomer seal and a plastic body. They are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
The most chemical-resistant threaded valves we offer, these have a PTFE seal and an alloy body that can withstand extremely aggressive and corrosive chemicals, such as methyl ethyl ketone and toluene. They are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Protect personnel and equipment in the presence of diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, and kerosene. Fire-tested to meet American Petroleum Institute (API) 607, Edition 4, these valves are designed to securely isolate fluid and prevent the spread of fire. They have a lockable handle that can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included).
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than steel valves.

For applications sensitive to contamination, these valves stop flow without contacting the process media by pressing down on the outside of tubing. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
These valves are normally closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. Valves meet IP65 for resistance to low-pressure jets of water and dust.

Limit wear and damage in high-cycling applications—these valves have additional seals that prevent leakage to reduce maintenance time. The ball-valve design provides higher flow rates than other air-driven valves. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve (not included) or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. All are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
They have a double-acting actuator that requires air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied, so they do not have a valve starting position. Body is 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

A 316 stainless steel body and a PTFE seal stand up to aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications. Their ball-valve design allows these valves to handle at least three times the flow of standard flanged valves. For faster actuation than motor-driven valves, they operate on compressed air. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves automatically start and stop flow and don't require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
Valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow. The actuator is secured to the valve body with a bracket for easy disassembly, maintenance, and repair. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.
Single-acting actuators only require air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. These valves are normally closed unless actuated. Double-acting actuators require air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied to close them, so they do not have a valve starting position.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

The internal heater automatically turns on when the valve is actuated to prevent motor damage caused by condensation buildup. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.

Insert tubing into the fittings on these valves—no heat, solder, or flux required. Designed for diverting flow between ports in chemical tubing lines, they have a fluoroelastomer seal and a PVDF body to withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions. Turn the handle to direct flow from the bottom-port inlet to either side-port outlet or shut off flow completely. All valves are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
Often used for chemical analysis and other laboratory testing, these valves have a PTFE seal and body to withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions. All operate on electricity to automatically divert flow between ports. They do not require a pressure drop for operation. Any port can be used as an inlet or an outlet. Valves can direct flow from the inlet port to either outlet port. They cannot shut off flow. The actuator is mounted directly to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

To minimize fluid loss when connecting and disconnecting your line, these couplings have flat faces for a close fit and shut-off valves to stop the flow—they meet ISO 16028, which is an international standard for hose couplings. They’re also known as flush-face and double shut-off couplings. A complete coupling consists of a plug and socket (both sold separately). They connect and disconnect quickly, so use them if you need to access a line frequently. Made of 316 stainless steel, they have excellent corrosion resistance and withstand a variety of chemicals.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sockets are push-to-connect style. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects. These sockets have an internal fluoroelastomer gasket that resists a wide range of chemicals, including benzene, butyl alcohol, and ethylene glycol.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.
Warning: Never attempt to connect or disconnect couplings when operating at maximum pressure. Stop the flow before you disconnect the line.
