Flowmeters measure the rate of flow for a liquid or a gas. Totalizers measure the cumulative flow volume. Flowmeter/totalizers display both the flow rate and the cumulative flow volume.

Totalizers for Grease
Install this totalizer on your grease gun or valve to accurately measure grease dispensing and reduce waste. It has a button to reset the total volume to zero after each application. Totalizer can be programmed to display readings in cubic centimeters, grams, or ounces.

Adjustable-Flow Grease Dispensers
Turn the metering pin to adjust flow rate. As grease is dispensed, the stem at the top of the cup descends to indicate when the cup needs refilling. Dispensers have a standard grease fitting for filling. Flow rate depends on temperature.

Grease-Filled Adjustable-Flow Grease Dispensers
These dispensers come packed with grease and screw directly into your point of lubrication, reducing installation time and eliminating the mess of filling. Flow automatically adjusts based on the dispensing duration you select with the time-set dial (from 1 to 12 months). Dispensers have a clear container so it's easy to monitor the grease level. They cannot be sold to Canada due to local regulatory limits on mercury content.
Grease with aluminum thickener is NSF registered H1 for use in applications with incidental food contact. Grease with lithium thickener offers good heat and moisture resistance. Grease with lithium thickener and moly (molybdenum disulfide) has excellent wear resistance. Grease with calcium sulfonate thickener withstands higher temperatures than grease with aluminum and lithium thickeners. It also provides excellent oxidation resistance.

Air-Powered Grease-Dispensing Pumps
Connect these modular pumps to your air system and add a solenoid valve to automate the flow of grease. Install or remove pumps as your lubrication needs change. Mounting holes are drilled through the pump's body. Each pump has a separate flow adjustment; use a screwdriver to turn the flow-adjustment screw.
Note: For proper operation, pumps require a three-port solenoid valve (sold separately). The solenoid can be controlled by a timer or PLC (programmable logic controller).
