Compact Threaded On/Off Valves for Chemicals
For chemical-processing applications in confined areas, these valves have a low-profile handle to fit in tight spots. A rubber seal and a plastic body stand up to aggressive, corrosive solutions.
Polypropylene valves are the most chemical resistant. They handle a wide range of acids, solvents, and other harsh substances.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow. Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Attach gauges or sensors to these valves so you can remove them for maintenance and calibration without depressurizing your line. Also known as block and bleed valves, turn the handles to block both upstream and downstream flow, drain the liquid trapped in the valve through the bleed port, and then remove your instrument from the gauge port. For extra gripping power and a strong seal, the Yor-Lok fittings on these valves have two sleeves that bite into tubing as you tighten the nut. All are compatible with Swagelok®, Let-Lok, and Parker A-Lok fittings. These valves have a PTFE seal and a corrosion-resistant Monel ball and body that can stand up to aggressive and corrosive chemicals such as acetone. All are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow. A red handle makes them easy to identify.
Easy-to-Install Plastic Threaded Flow-Adjustment Valves

A threaded union on these valves makes them easy to install and remove without disrupting your line. They’re a good choice for lines that require frequent maintenance or cleaning. They thread together or apart with only a turn to the union fitting, unlike other threaded flow-adjustment valves that require repositioning your pipe or valve. The union fitting slides over your pipe, and the threaded fitting sits inside. Ideal for metering, sampling, and other applications, these valves gradually open and close to adjust flow as you turn the handle. A dial displays the percentage you’ve opened them. With a standard port, they’ll slightly restrict flow even when fully open. These valves come with socket-connect fittings for making threaded-to-threaded connections or adapting threaded to socket connections.

Valves with a side-port inlet direct flow from the right port to the center or left port. They cannot shut off flow.
Valves with any port inlet can use any port as an inlet or outlet. Turn the handle to direct flow from the inlet port to one outlet port at full capacity, direct flow to both outlet ports simultaneously at reduced capacity, or shut off flow completely.

On/Off Valve Bodies
Automatically or manually start and stop flow in your line with these valve bodies, which attach to your actuator. They have a full port, so they don’t restrict flow. All meet standard ISO 5211 mounting dimensions. Use valve stem adapters to mount to valve actuators with a larger stem opening.
316 stainless steel valve bodies have excellent corrosion resistance.
Three-piece valve bodies are easy to maintain because you can take them apart without removing them from your line.
