To withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in miniature chemical-processing pipelines, these tiny valves have a chemical-resistant fluoroelastomer seal and a corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel body. They are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Easy-to-Install Threaded On/Off Valves for Chemicals
For fast installation and removal from pipelines, these valves have union fittings that disassemble into multiple pieces. All have a plastic body that can stand up to aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications.
T-handles resist accidental movement when snagged or bumped.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.

There’s no need to unbolt these valves for cleaning—remove the valve handle and slide the valve apart for inline access to internal components. Also known as elliptical valves, they have a fluoroelastomer seal and a polypropylene body to withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

On/Off Valves with Barbed Fittings for Chemicals
Barbs grip onto tubing, providing a secure hold. To withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications, these valves have a plastic body and a chemical-resistant seal.
PVDF valves have excellent chemical resistance. They withstand a variety of acids, solvents, and other harsh substances.
Lever handles show the valve’s position. Four-arm handles have a mounting tab to securely align the valve with connecting lines. They’re ideal for systems prone to vibration that can cause movement and leaks.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

A 316 stainless steel body and a PTFE seal stand up to aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications. Their ball-valve design allows these valves to handle at least three times the flow of standard flanged valves. For faster actuation than motor-driven valves, they operate on compressed air. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves automatically start and stop flow and don't require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
Valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow. The actuator is secured to the valve body with a bracket for easy disassembly, maintenance, and repair. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.
Single-acting actuators only require air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. These valves are normally closed unless actuated. Double-acting actuators require air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied to close them, so they do not have a valve starting position.

Two single pole, double throw (SPDT) auxiliary switches allow you to connect these valves to temperature-monitoring equipment, programmable logic controllers, or conveyor sirens. The internal heater automatically turns on when the valve is actuated to prevent motor damage caused by condensation buildup. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.

There’s no need to unbolt these valves for cleaning—remove the handle and slide the valve apart for inline access to internal components. Also known as elliptical valves, they have a fluoroelastomer seal and a polypropylene body for diverting flow in chemical-processing applications. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Valves with a side-port inlet direct flow from the right port to the center or left port. They cannot shut off flow.
Valves with any port inlet can use any port as an inlet or outlet. Turn the handle to direct flow from the inlet port to one outlet port at full capacity, direct flow to both outlet ports simultaneously at reduced capacity, or shut off flow completely.
