Diesel-Fuel Hose Nozzles

Control the flow while dispensing diesel fuel. Nozzles are aluminum, which is lightweight with good corrosion resistance.
Nozzles with automatic shut-off will stop dispensing when the tank is full or if the nozzle falls from the tank. They have a built-in check valve that reduces spillage when withdrawing the nozzle from tank. Nozzles have an angled design, which reduces hose kinking for efficient fueling. They come with a plastic scuff guard to protect the nozzle from damage.
Nozzles with manual shut-off have a trigger to stop the flow. Do not leave the nozzle unattended when in use.
Nozzles with three-position hold-open clip allow you to dispense fuel without holding the trigger.
Style A is also known as a service-station-style nozzle. The nozzle tip has a stream straightener (also known as a stream shaper), which reduces turbulence for less spillage. Attach an optional splash guard (sold separately) to protect your hands from spray.
Styles B and C are also known as truck-stop nozzles. They have higher flow rates than Style A to dispense large quantities of fuel quickly. Style C includes a splash guard to protect your hands from spray.
Style D has the largest spout and the highest flow rate of all the nozzles for use with trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty bulk fueling applications.
Use hold-open clip kits to replace a broken clip. Install with pliers.

TIG Torch Nozzles

Direct the flow of shielding gas to your weld with these nozzles. When choosing a nozzle size, consider the thickness of the material you’re welding. In general, the thicker the material, the higher the nozzle size you should use. All nozzles require a compatible collet in order to connect to your TIG torch.
Ceramic—These nozzles are more durable than borosilicate glass nozzles, but can limit visibility since they aren’t transparent. Use them for general purpose welding applications. Standard nozzles require a threaded collet body. Gas-saving nozzles use less gas than standard nozzles but won’t compromise the quality of your weld. These nozzles require a gas diffuser, which prevents oxidation and pitting in the weld by reducing gas turbulence and improving shielding.
Borosilicate Glass—These nozzles are transparent, so you can see what you’re working on even in tight corners, but they break more easily than ceramic nozzles. Even though they use less gas than standard nozzles, they won’t compromise the quality of your weld. These nozzles require a push-on collet body as well as a gas diffuser, which prevents oxidation and pitting in the weld by reducing gas turbulence and improving shielding.
Gas Coverage—Narrow nozzles are good for welding most metals. Wide nozzles produce a large cloud of shielding gas, so they’re a good choice when working with metals that are difficult to weld, such as titanium and Inconel. However, they’re harder to fit into corners than standard nozzles.

Take these burners anywhere they can hook up to a propane tank. They are designed for outdoor use. Burners require a low-pressure gas regulator (not included).

Gas Mixers

Supply the right amount of air and gas to burners. These mixers slip over the end of a burner pipe and attach with the included set screw. All have adjustable air openings. To choose your mixer and valve, determine the size of your burner pipe and gas input connection. Select about measuring pipe for more information.
Connect one end of a mixing valve to the mixer and thread the other end into your gas line.
